~ How can I contact Luscious Lids?

We are contactable by email, telephone and post. All of our details can be found on our contacts page.

~ Do you offer a printed brochure?

We are  more than happy to send to you, your family or friends a copy of our colour brochure. They include a printed colour gallery, price list and order form. We can also supply hospitals, hospices, support groups and other professional establishments with multiple brochures. Simply fill out the brochure request form and email it to us or alternatively, telephone us with the relevant details.

~ Do you take trade orders?

If you are a hospital, hospice, support centre or other established outlet who provide a service for ladies experiencing hair loss and are interested in carrying our Luscious Lids headwear range, please contact us and we will supply you with our trade price guide and company terms.

~ Can I come to view your headwear?

We offer a personal viewing service where ladies are able to try on our headwear in a private, comfortable atmosphere. Please telephone us to make a personal appointment. 

~ Can someone advise me if I am unsure about which headwear would be suitable for me?

We provide honest, personal and professional advice. Please do not hesitate to telephone or email us with your questions and we will be pleased to help.

~ How will I know if your headwear will fit me?

All of our headwear contains a certain degree of stretch in them and therefore they will fit most heads.

~ Can your headwear be adapted for unique sizing requirements?

Our expert team are able to advise you on how to measure your head if your require a special size in headwear in order to provide you with a secure and comfortable fit.

~ Can you make bespoke headwear?

We are extremely proud to be able to offer a bespoke design and manufacturing service for special occasion headwear. We can advise you on styles, fabrics, colour matching and desired embellishments. This service will be priced according to exclusive personal designs. ~ Are all of the fabric colours in the colour palette accurate?

While we have made every effort to display our colour palettes as accurately as possible, please be aware that the colours you are able see will depend on the quality of your computer monitor. Also, fabrics may have slight colour variations due to different dye lots.

~ How will I know that the colour that I have chosen will match my outfit?

We are more than happy to send fabric samples for you to colour match. Unfortunately, we are not able to send out our entire ranges as there are too many but if you would like to contact us stating the product styles and the colours that you are interested in we will send you the samples that are suitable for those ranges.

~ How will I know which colour fringe will be suitable for me?

While we have made every effort to display the fringe colours as accurately as possible, please be aware the colours you are able to see will again depend on the quality of your computer monitor. If you are unsure about which fringe to select, please feel free to send us a sample of your hair and we will  endeavour to match it as close as possible for you.

~ How do I care for my fringe?

Our fringes are supplied with care instructions.

~ How will I know how to style my headwrap?

Our headwraps are supplied with a styling suggestion sheet.

~ How do I launder your headwear?

All of our headwear range is hand or machine washable.

~ Do you keep all of your headwear in stock?

We keep all of our turbans, headbands, padded headscarves, wrappas and fringes in stock in the offered colours. Our multistyle headwraps are made to order as there are many colour variations to choose from.

~ How soon can I expect my order to be processed?

We do our best to process all of our orders within forty eight hours of receipt, then please allow 2~3 working days for delivery in the UK. International orders will take a few days longer. As our multistyle headwraps and bespoke headwear are made to order they may take a little longer to dispatch. Please bear in mind that these are general guidelines.

What is you privacy policy?

At Luscious Lids your privacy is assured. All of the information that we receive is entirely secure, confidential and will only be used to process your order. We do not disclose any buyers information to third parties. We will only telephone or email you if we have an important question regarding your order.

~ What is your returns policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your chosen headwear, it may be returned to us for a full refund or exchange as long as it complies with our company policy. Please contact us within seven days of receipt if you have any concerns regarding your order. In the event that we are not able to rectify your concerns, please return your headwear to us within fourteen days of receipt enclosing your invoice as proof of purchase. Please ensure that all headwear that is to be returned is packaged carefully and sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept any items that have damaged or lost in transit due to improper packaging and we cannot be responsible for any items that do not reach us. If a return is due to an error on our part we will refund your shipping costs and resend the correct headwear items without any additional shipping expenses. Original shipping charges are not refundable.  We are not able to give refunds or exchanges for any bespoke headwear.

All of our headwear is closely inspected before we send it out to you and therefore it must be returned to us in its original condition. Please ensure that all makeup has been removed around your hairline before trying any headwear on. All items must be free of loose hairs, stains, odours, visible wear and any signs of laundering. We reserve the right to inspect all returned headwear before issuing any refunds or exchanges. Any items that do not meet the above standards will be returned to you at your expense. This policy assures all customers that they will receive headwear from us that is brand new and in perfect condition.
