1)      All goods to be returned must be back within 14 days of invoice date in order to receive a full refund.

2)      All goods to be returned must be in the same perfect condition as supplied.

3)      All goods must be returned with a covering note and an invoice number.

4)      All goods that are returned without a copy of the original invoice will be credited less a 10% administration charge.

5)      Luscious Lids must receive notification, in writing, within 7 days of the invoice date of any damage to/or shortage concerning any consignment.

** Luscious Lids reserves the right to inspect all returned goods before issuing refunds, exchanges or credit notes. They must be in their original perfect conditions, free from loose hairs, visible wear, stains or any laundering effects **

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your chosen headwear, it may be returned to us for a full refund or exchange as long as it complies with our company policy. Please contact us within seven days of receipt if you have any concerns regarding your order. In the event that we are not able to rectify your concerns, please return your headwear to us within fourteen days of receipt enclosing your invoice as proof of purchase. Please ensure that all headwear that is to be returned is packaged carefully and sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept any items that have damaged or lost in transit due to improper packaging and we cannot be responsible for any items that do not reach us. If a return is due to an error on our part we will resend the replacement headwear items without any additional shipping expenses, however, if an exchange in colour or product is desired then it will be the customers responsibility to cover the additional shipping costs.Original shipping charges are not refundable. We are not able to give refunds or exchanges for any bespoke headwear.

 All of our headwear is closely inspected before we send it out to you and therefore it must be returned to us in its original condition. Please ensure that all makeup has been removed around your hairline before trying any headwear on. All items must be free of loose hairs, stains, odours, visible wear and any signs of laundering. We reserve the right to inspect all returned headwear before issuing any refunds or exchanges. Any items that do not meet the above standards will be returned to you at your expense. This policy assures all customers that they will receive headwear from us that is brand new and in perfect condition.
